Ice Ice Baby!

What's better than homemade gooey chocolate chip cookies and creamy vanilla ice cream? Combining the two to create the perfect salty sweet dessert. I LOVED Chipwiches as a child. Now as an adult, I learned how incredibly easy it is to make your own cookie ice cream sandwiches. We even added the Chipwich to our Fire and Ice Birthday menu. These nostalgic treats were a big hit at our party and we wanted to recreate them for our niece and nephew.

Up, Up and Away

Turning one is a MAJOR milestone for any child. Some parents host elaborate parties with over-the-top themes while others choose celebrate with the basic birthday essentials of cake, balloons and presents. Your baby is too small to remember any of this day, so celebrate however you want based on your personal preference and budget. We attended a spectacular hot air balloon themed first birthday that was hosted by our cousin, Nitesh and his wife Yogita, for their son Rihaan. We can't believe this little guy is already one! It seems like only yesterday we attended the What Will It Bee themed gender reveal party. The year most certainly flew by!

Fire and Ice

Turning 35 is a big deal! It officially marks the halfway point between youthful 30 and dreaded 40. We celebrated in style with a spectacular fire and ice themed birthday. We are sorry to disappoint you if you think the rest of the post will be about Game of Thrones. We were actually inspired by the stunning engagement party of Emily Thorne and Daniel Grayson on the first season of Revenge! We combined fiery and icy elements to create a truly memorable evening for us and our guests. We are excited to share the details with you.
