Yield: 1 cocktail
Ingredients
- 0.5 oz simple syrup (1 cup sugar / 1 cup water)
- 0.5 oz french lemon juice
- 1 oz gin
- 3 oz champagne
Directions
- Make simple syrup by boiling 1 cup of sugar in 1 cup of water and allow to cool
- Add all the ingredients except the champagne to a shaker and fill with ice
- Shake well and strain into a champagne flute
- Top with the champagne and garnish with a lemon twist
