Let the Roaring 2020s workouts begin! It’s 2020 and we wanted to kick off the new year off with a dynamite workout at boutique fitness studio Jane DO. Jane represents every woman and that she can DO anything. This total body workout focuses on gaining strength, confidence and power. Join us and keep your squats low and standards high at Jane DO.
Jane DO was created by Jacey Lambros and Danielle DeAngelo in 2015. These former Radio City Rockettes wanted to create a space for women to workout with confidence. They have four locations in New Jersey and came to Flatiron in September 2019.
Each studio offers five different classes that are 50 minutes long, including Train Jane, Dance Your A$$ Off, Get Lifted, Tramp Stamp and Step It Up. Our first class was Step It Up and we were ready to hustle for that muscle. Step It Up is a cardio step class. Jane DO also offers streaming classes on their website so you can participate in their workouts from home.
Jane DO classes fuse artistry and athleticism with musically charged and energy driven workouts. You don’t need dance experience to participate in the classes. We lifted weights, did plyometric exercises and used resistance bands on and off the step.
The classes are designed to lift your a$$ and your spirit. Remember that good things come to those who sweat.
Forget the glass slippers, princesses wear running shoes. So grab your sneakers and head over to Jane DO for a great workout. We can’t wait to go back.
