Getting peachy with it. Peaches aren’t just for peach cobbler or peaches and cream. Bring the taste of summer to your dining table with this Peach Bruschetta recipe. Grilled peaches, creamy goat cheese and a pinch of fresh basil make this your new favorite summer appetizer. We served this recipe as the first course of our peach single-ingredient dinner party. We are excited to share this Peach Bruschetta recipe with you.
Types of Peaches
Do you want a peach of me? Peaches are available in two main types: yellow and white. Yellow peaches are the most common and range in color from light yellow to orange yellow with red patches. We cooked with yellow peaches for the bruschetta and the cheesecake cupcakes. We used white peaches in the chutney for the lamb burgers. Yellow peaches are bright and acidic and become juicier, sweeter, less acidic, and darker as they ripen.

Peach Bruschetta Recipe: Ingredients
Peach, please. Bruschetta is an easy appetizer. We often serve them at our single-ingredient dinner parties. They are easy to make in advance and you can add almost any ingredient as the star. We assembled the ingredients: juicy yellow peaches, creamy goat cheese, rich cream cheese, fresh basil, salt, pepper and honey.

Peach Bruschetta: How to Make the Recipe
Peach for the stars. The first step is to slice and grill the peaches. Make sure to brush the peaches with olive oil and grill on both sides. Make sure to get a good char on the peaches. Look at how delicious the stone fruit looks!

All you knead is this bread. Brush the bread with olive oil and grill for 5 minutes or until the bread is lightly toasted.

We recommend using a high quality olive oil. We used Jordan Estate Extra Olive Oil, and we also paired the peach bruschetta with 2020 Jordan Chardonnay.

The next step is make the whipped goat cheese and cream cheese mixture with salt, pepper and chopped basil.
Peach Bruschetta: How to Assemble
Spread the mixture on the toasted baguette. Add the grilled peaches on top of the goat cheese mixture.

Drizzle the honey on the peach bruschetta.

Top with chopped basil and slice the peach bruschetta.

Serve with the 2020 Jordan Chardonnay. This light and crisp white wine has aromas of honeysuckle, lemon blossom and Fuji apple and paired nicely with the Peach Bruschetta.

This peach bruschetta appetizer is delicious and easy to make. Serve it at your next dinner party before peach season is over. You can see all of our peach dinner party here.
