This all-inclusive allowed us to dive into a culinary journey where the options were as plentiful as they were exquisite. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to a feast of gourmet dishes. The Wow Package ensured that our plates were always full and our glasses never empty. With unlimited access to both premium beverages and sumptuous meals, we were consistently pampered and delighted, making every dining moment as memorable as the stunning backdrop of our Maldives water villa.
Breakfast is egg-cellent. Our dining adventures began at Tempo, where we enjoyed a diverse buffet for breakfast. This vibrant spot offered a wide selection of fruits, pastries and eggs, perfect for fueling our days in paradise. Tempo also offers a buffet with a wide selection of international options for lunch.
Thai and stop me. For dinner, we explored a variety of exquisite restaurants. Kaage served up authentic Maldivian cuisine providing a true taste of local flavors. Kurry Leaf quickly became our favorite with its rich and flavorful Indian dishes. Andalucia and Takrai added to our culinary journey with their unique offerings, featuring Mediterranean-inspired dishes and vibrant Thai cuisine, respectively. The Wahoo Grill, Arigato, Barrique, Teppanyaki, and The Cube were other dining options that we did not get to try. Keep in mind that Teppanyaki and Arigato are not included in the WOW packages.
Happy hour? Wine not? At Siyam World, we found the bars to be as vibrant and diverse as the dining options. Mint was our go-to spot for its chic ambiance and creative cocktails, a perfect way to relax after a day of adventures. For a tropical escape, we loved Jungali, where we could sip on exotic drinks surrounded by lush greenery. Kulhivaru impressed us with its Maldivian-inspired cocktails. We had a blast at Shipwrecked with its playful nautical theme and beachside location.
Sip happens. The Orchid Bar became our elegant retreat, where we enjoyed classic cocktails in a sophisticated setting. Finally, Good Vibrations was the place to be for a lively atmosphere, great music, and upbeat drinks. Together, these bars made our pre and post dinner evenings at Siyam World as enjoyable and varied as our days.
I’ve fallen and I can’t giddy up. Our days at Siyam World were packed with exhilarating activities that truly made our stay memorable. We began our second day with the thrill of horseback riding along the pristine beach. As we trotted along the shoreline, the stunning views of the turquoise waters and the lush island scenery created a picturesque backdrop.

Dive in. Is it truly a girls trip without a private pool party? Our daytime pool party was a a lot of fun. The party included delicious cocktails and gourmet bites, making it the perfect setting for relaxation and revelry. We celebrated in style, savoring every moment of this unforgettable day.

I can sea clearly now. Our snorkeling adventure was a captivating dive into a world of vibrant coral reefs, where we were surrounded by an explosion of colorful marine life. Each dive unveiled a mesmerizing underwater landscape brimming with exotic fish and intricate coral formations.

Water you doing? For a dose of excitement, we couldn’t get enough of Siyam Water World, the largest floating water park in the Maldives. Located right in our turquoise lagoon, it was an exhilarating adventure with slippery slides, fun parkours, and a variety of obstacles that kept us entertained for hours. We bounced on water trampolines, tackled climbing walls, and navigated rafts, making it the perfect playground on the water.

After unwinding, we eagerly awaited our speedboat transfer to Sun Siyam Olhuveli to continue our journey to paradise.
Row, row, row your boat. The speedboat ride was a thrilling 45-minute journey through the sparkling turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. The ride was smooth and scenic, giving us a preview of the breathtaking beauty that awaited us at Sun Siyam Olhuveli.

Sea-zed the moment. As soon as we hopped off our speedboat, we found ourselves in paradise once more at Sun Siyam Olhuveli. Nestled in the heart of the Maldives, this dreamy escape instantly swept us off our feet with its picture-perfect surroundings and luxurious amenities. Eat, beach, sleep, repeat. At Sun Siyam Olhuveli, the Premium All-Inclusive (PAI) package was our golden ticket to indulgence. Imagine enjoying all the gourmet food and refreshing drinks you desire without a single thought about prices—this was the magic of the PAI package. From the moment we arrived, it was all about savoring every moment, whether it was a decadent meal or a perfectly crafted cocktail. The PAI package transformed our stay into an all-you-can-enjoy extravaganza, where every culinary craving and thirst was met with ease.
Slice, slice baby. Premium dining was a highlight of our PAI experience, with a range of restaurants offering diverse flavors and settings. Island Pizza provided a casual yet delicious choice with its pizzas, deli-style sandwiches, and burgers, all enjoyed with a view of the Main Island shore. For a taste of the sea, Maghrib Grill served up freshly grilled seafood and steaks right on Dream Island’s beachfront.
Your second to naan. Malaafaiy was our go-to for buffet-style lunches on Dream Island. The buffet is also open for breakfast and dinner. For those craving Indian cuisine, Namaste dazzled with open kitchen cooking and authentic flavors, set in cabanas across the Main Island’s beachfront. Siyam Orchid was our favorite spot, serving fresh Asian flavors in a fine dining setting over the ocean on the Main Island. Sunset offered a delightful mix of fresh local flavors with live cooking stations, perfect for bountiful breakfasts and al fresco dinners facing the Main Island lagoon.
Sip me baby one more time. When it came to drinks, the resort’s bars had us covered from sunrise to sunset. Dhoni Bar was our go-to for laid-back mixology and sunset views at the Main Island’s infinity pool.
Pretty fly for a mai-thai. Dream Bar kept us refreshed with tropical cocktails and ice-cold beers by the pool on Dream Island. Lagoon Bar offered convivial cocktails right on the water’s edge, complete with evening entertainment on the Main Island. For lazy poolside days, Sunrise Bar served up beverages and bites from sunrise to sunset, making it the perfect spot for family-friendly fun at the Main Island’s family pool bar. With the PAI package, every meal and drink was a highlight, making our stay at Sun Siyam Olhuveli truly unforgettable.
Jawsome. Our snorkeling adventure at Sun Siyam Olhuveli was nothing short of magical, even if it started with a few jitters. Swimming with nurse sharks sounded intimidating at first, but as soon as we got in the water, our fears somewhat melted away. It helped that the boat captains kept the sharks happily fed from the boat. The coral reefs dazzled us with their vibrant colors, and we even spotted sea turtles. We highly recommend bringing an underwater camera to capture every amazing moment—this was an experience we won’t forget!
Mixing It Up by the Beach
Shake up the beach day. Mixing cocktails on the beach was an experience that blended relaxation with creativity. With the ocean as our backdrop and the sky painted in hues of blue, we found ourselves in paradise. Coconuts about this. To elevate the breakfast experience, we enjoyed refreshing coconut water, freshly squeezed orange juice, and a splash of champagne. We savored our morning feast while gently drifting in the water with the soothing sounds of the ocean and the stunning views all around. It was truly an unforgettable start to the day. Every bite and sip was a reminder of this Maldivian paradise.
Floating Platform Dinner
Float on. Our floating platform dinner at Sun Siyam Olhuveli was the epitome of dining under the stars. It was a highlight of our girls trip. We experienced a beautifully set table that was floating on a serene lagoon.
Sun of a beach. We enjoyed a four course tasting menu while surrounded by the tranquil glow of twilight and the gentle lapping of water against the platform. We shared a Greek Salad and a Tomato Caprese to start. For the second course, we enjoyed a Tomato Basil Soup and a Reef Fish Coconut Soup. We shared the Grilled Lamb Chops and Maldivian Lobster for the main courses. We finished our meal with a Chocolate Mousse and a Blueberry Creme Brûlée. The floating platform experience truly felt like we were floating on cloud nine with friends.
Sandbank Excursion: A Slice of Paradise
Sun, sand a drink in hand. Our Sandbank Excursion was a true escape into paradise during our girls trip. Oh my goodness! The Maldives looks such the enchanting tropical getaway! If I ever get the chance to go, I’ll have to make sure I get enough time in to see and do as much as I can.

Maldives was on my bucket list, but after what they messed with us Indians, I have no interest in visiting this place! However, looks like you had a great time at Sun Siyam Resorts 😍.
