Method
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Brush squash with olive oil. Place squash flesh side down onto a parchment lined baking sheet and roast for 35 minutes
- Add squash and goat cheese to a food process and blend until smooth
- Spread the mixture onto a board and top with parsley, nuts, pomegranate seeds and hot honey
- Serve with bread and crackers
