Rosemary Simple Syrup
- In a small saucepan, warm the water and sugar on medium heat until dissolved
- Add Rosemary sprigs
- Let cool completely
French 75 Cocktail with Empress Gin
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Combine Empress Gin Gin, rosemary simple syrup and lemon juice
- Shake and pour into a champagne flute
- Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon curl
