Rosemary Simple Syrup
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 3 Sprigs Rosemary
French 75 Cocktail
  • 1 1/2 oz Empress 1908 Gin
  • 1 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon
  • 2 oz Champagne chilled
  • Lemon curls for garnish

Method
 

Rosemary Simple Syrup
  1. In a small saucepan, warm the water and sugar on medium heat until dissolved
  2. Add Rosemary sprigs
  3. Let cool completely
French 75 Cocktail with Empress Gin
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Combine Empress Gin Gin, rosemary simple syrup and lemon juice
  3. Shake and pour into a champagne flute
  4. Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon curl
