Method
- Combine peanut butter, honey, protein powder, almond flour and water
- Stir until combined and forms a dough (add more water, if necessary)
- Scoop with mini ice cream scoop
- Roll into a ball
- Melt chocolate and add paramount crystals to thin (can also use shortening or oil)
- Dip the balls in chocolate and place on parchment paper
- Sprinkle with sea salt
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes
