Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tsp Honey
  • 1/3 Cup Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Tsp Water
  • 1 Tsp Paramount Crystals
  • 4 Oz Chocolate
  • Salt

Method
 

  1. Combine peanut butter, honey, protein powder, almond flour and water
  2. Stir until combined and forms a dough (add more water, if necessary)
  3. Scoop with mini ice cream scoop
  4. Roll into a ball
  5. Melt chocolate and add paramount crystals to thin (can also use shortening or oil)
  6. Dip the balls in chocolate and place on parchment paper
  7. Sprinkle with sea salt
  8. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
