Most recently, we fasted with ProLon’s Fast Mimicking Diet (FMD). This 5-day FMD helped us lose weight and kickstart healthy habits. ProLon’s parent company L-Nutra took the L-Bar from the FMD and recreated it as a stand alone Fast Bar. We liked the L-Bar and were excited to try Fast Bar.

Intermittent fasting sounds fascinating. I don’t know if I would have it in me to go 24 hours, but it sounds like these products makes the process easy.
I do love fasting and these bars sound really great! I would love to try these out.
