Purple Carrot Reviews: Considerations
Keep calm and carrot on. This might not be the plan for you if you only eat organic or if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. Purple Carrot isn’t 100% organic yet, but hopes to be in the future. Most of Purple Carrot‘s non-produce items are organic, including nut milk, beans, tofu, and tempeh. Also make sure to have pantry staples on hand: salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. If you somewhat cook at home, these shouldn’t be a problem. Purple Carrot isn’t deal for those on a paleo, keto, low carb or low fat diet. Although Purple Carrot meals are nutritious, some of the meals are relatively high in calories and carbs.

Purple Carrot Reviews: The Food
Cheese the day. Our first meal was the Spinach Artichoke Grilled Cheese. You would never know this meal was vegan. It’s served with with Hot Pepper Mayo & Oregano Fries. This recipes uses sourdough, vegan mayo and vegan mozzarella. One of the best grilled cheeses we have ever made.

Where have you bean all my life? Next we tried the Lemon Braised Chickpeas. These braised chickpeas are quite tasty and made with kale, potatoes, rosemary and scallion cashew cheese. They are quite filling too.

The final meal was our favorite- Creamy Mushroom Polenta. This is no ordinary polenta. The mushrooms, Worcestershire butter and pickled peppers are so flavorful. We would make this on our own for sure.

I hadn’t heard of this one yet. It looks interesting. It’s not the diet we use so I probably wouldn’t use them, but it looks interesting none the less.
