Mango Lassi

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Alove Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Cup Chopped Ripe Mango
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1/8 Tsp Ground Cardamom
  • 2 Cups Ice
  • Handful Mint
  • Handful Blackberries

Method
 

  1. Cut and peel mango.
  2. Put mango, yogurt, almond milk, brown sugar and cardamom into a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
  3. Add ice and blend.
  4. Garnish with mint and blackberries.
