Pancakes with Fat-Free Milk

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 large egg
  • Butter to grease non-stick pan
  • Whipped Cream
  • Berries
  • Maple Syrup

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, butter, vanilla and egg. Add dry ingredients to milk mixture; use a stand mixer, hand mixer or whisk to mix.
  3. Heat a large non-stick pan skillet over medium and grease with butter.
  4. For each pancake, spoon 3 tablespoons of batter onto pan.
  5. Cook until the surface of pancakes have some bubbles, 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Flip carefully with a spatula, and cook until browned on the underside, 1 to 2 minutes more.
  7. Serve with berries, whipped cream and maple sryup
