Pomegranate Champagne Margarita:

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Tequila
  • 1 oz Triple Sec
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 2 oz Pomegranate Juice
  • 2 oz Champagne
  • Lime Wheel for Garnish
  • Sugar
  • Pomegranate Arils

Equipment

  • Shaker
  • Skull Flute

Method
 

  1. Fill a Shaker with Ice.
  2. In the shaker, pour in tequila, triple sec, lime juice and pomegranate juice.
  3. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously.
  4. While the mixture is chilling in the shaker, prepare your champagne flute. Take a lime wedge and run it along the rim of the glass. This step adds a zesty twist to every sip.
  5. Once the rim is coated with lime juice, dip it in sugar to create a sweet and tangy edge. This sugared rim not only adds flavor but also enhances the presentation.
  6. With your champagne flute ready, strain the chilled mixture from the shaker into the glass. This will give the cocktail its signature pomegranate hue.
  7. Top with Champagne.
  8. Add a fresh lime wheel to the rim of the glass.
