Delicious banana bread with protein and chocolate chips

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Medium Bananas
  • 2/3 Cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup of Brown Rice Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Palm Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips

Method
 

  1. Mash bananas with a fork
  2. Add bananas to a stand mixer
  3. Add almond milk to stand mixer
  4. Add vinegar and vanilla and mix
  5. Then add brown rice flour, coconut palm sugar, almond flour, vanilla protein powder, salt and mix
  6. Then fold in chocolate chips (save some to sprinkle on top)
  7. Pour in loaf pan
  8. Sprinkle chocolate chips on the top
  9. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour (until a toothpick comes out clean)
