Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • Cheese: brie, manchego, cheddar, provolone and gorgonzola
  • Bread: assorted crackers and baguette
  • Fruit and Nuts: grapes, dried apricots and hazelnuts
  • Dessert: milk chocolate lindt, red velvet cookies, red velvet cupcakes, valentine M&Ms and sugar cookies

Method
 

  1. Use a large heart cookie cutter to shape the brie into a heart
  2. Use a small heart cookie cutter on sliced provolone (should produce 3-4 hearts)
  3. Cut half of cheddar into rectangles
  4. Slice baguette
  5. Scatter the 5 cheeses on a circular cutting board
  6. Add sliced bread, crackers, grapes, cupcakes and cookies
  7. Fill in the gaps with M&Ms, hazelnuts, apricots, lindt chocolates
  8. Top with love sugar cookie
