This is no ordinary consulate. Turn any regular evening into a culinary adventure at The Consulate Midtown. This dining experience seamlessly fuses modern gastronomy with timeless charm, casting a delightful spell on your taste buds with every dish. Savoring cocktails like the crowd-pleasing Malalama, the elegant French 56, and the zesty Ginger Optional, we embarked on a ‘sip’-erb journey.

To start our dinner, we relished a trio of appetizers: the mouthwatering Mushroom Flatbread, a Tuna Tartare masterpiece, and a Crab Cake worth celebrating. The mains featured the velvety Mushroom Gnocchi, the elegant Branzino, and the juicy Roasted Chicken, accompanied by perfectly cooked Broccolini and Brussels Sprouts. And for the sweet finale, a decadent Chocolate Lava Cake and a classic Crème Brûlée left us utterly satisfied. A regular evening transformed into a remarkable dining experience!
