Healthy eating makes us feel more up beet! We have been reading Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion to keep our health and wellness goals on track. We are excited to share our progress with Joel’s method.
Last month, we explained why we chose to follow Joel’s three-phase plan. Today, we want to tell you more about the plan and how Joel created it. How long did it take him to create this diet? According to Joel, “it actually took several years of researching for me to discover the real science of eating late night. After a few years of tweaking and refining, I finally came up with a rapid fat loss solution that overcomes all the pitfalls of traditional diets.”
Joel believes “despite all the bad press over the years, certain carbohydrates play an important role in balancing your hormones and regulating your metabolic rate, while avoiding the dreaded weight loss plateaus that accompany conventional mainstream diets. Furthermore, when you eat these carbohydrates, you’ll feel much better than you would if you were following a traditional diet.”
What makes this book different from Joel’s other books? “Although many of the concepts are similar, the biggest difference is that you don’t have to deprive yourself of your favorite foods. You don’t have to deal with the burden of eating every few hours. And you don’t have to skip the carbs at dinnertime or avoid eating before bed.”
Is this plan hard to follow? “While any diet is never truly easy, it can be more enjoyable and much easier to adhere to when you understand how Always Eat After 7pm works because it caters to our bodies natural instincts.”
Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion is now available to . We are excited to continue to share our progress with this program over the next two weeks.

This book sounds interesting. I was always told to eat before 7. Will definitely look into this.
I am so glad you are reading this! I really love this program, it’s so easy! I love how different it is from anything else I’ve tried.
I just read an interview about this man and his book.
I’m so going to purchase his book. Nice blog
I’m hearing a lot about this book and it seems it’d be helpful for me to maintain a healthy body! I might just try reading this sometime, thank you!
This book is so awesome, I’m learning so much. Sounds like you are too!
Really curious to be reading this. I don’t know if I can embrace the idea but definitely open to the idea.
I really like what you say at the end of the post. Healthy foods and physical activity are part of any well-being.
Awesome book from this wonderful person. He really knows he’s passion and brings it, into life to this book he created. I will definitely give this a go.
I haven’t read the book yet but it is seriously very helpful and inspiring..have heard lot about the book..love to read…Thanks for this review..?
I have been dying to see what the results of this were going to be since I first started hearing about it. It is such a different concept. But I like that it focuses on hormones and their effect on the body.
I read the book and saw the interview quite a few times.. The internal clock helps the body adjust to environmental changes, sleep, and activities like digestion and eating. Thus, the timing of your meals can affect your body’s weight regulation, metabolic regulation, heart heath and sleep cycle too.
It’s interesting how he researched this subject for so many years. Intermittent fasting works, I have tried it, but I never ate later than 6.
Thank you for sharing this ladies! We always wanted to work with a reasonable diet plan – and this seems doable – curious to see the final outcomes!
I’ve always heard the exact opposite. Would love to read the details.
Are you trying the diet? I have heard about it from other people but I want to know what everyone’s result are by the beginner of August to know if it really works or not.
This book sounds very interesting. I want to try the recipes in it.
