Are you looking for a spooktacular workout? We have the best workouts at home to get you Halloween ready in no time. We have been using P.volve for over two years and this fitness app has some of the best workouts at home. We still haven’t resumed our gym memberships either. P.volve is a safe, functional movement-based method that elongates muscles and builds strength. We are excited to share P.volve, one of the workouts at home this fall with you.
Best Workouts at Home in Fall 2021: P.volve
Stephen Pasterino created P.volve to tone muscles and build strength. We visited their studio a few times pre-pandemic, and used their steaming app a few times a week during the pandemic. We also went to their studio earlier this summer. Combining P.volve with the HIIT and cardio sessions that we’ve been doing for years has helped us stay fit in 2021. With P.volve, you can work out on your own schedule.
Best Workouts at Home: Dress Up for Halloween
To get in the Halloween spirit, Archana wore a leopard headband and followed a quick YouTube tutorial on cheetah makeup. It’s easier than it looks!
Best Workouts at Home for Halloween: P.volve App
Exorcise? I thought your said exercise! P.volve’s exercise equipment is compact and easy to store. We recommend the Total Transformation Kit, so that you can try all the workouts. Streaming costs $19.99 monthly (or $95.88 annually) and classes range from 15 minutes to an hour. When we are working out at home, we often stream to our TV. You can also watch on your smartphone or laptop.
The P.volve app lets you filter the workouts by equipment (or no equipment). We prefer listening to a professional trainer versus planning out our individual workouts. This is why P.volve classes are some the best workouts at home.
Best Workouts at Home: P.volve Equipment
Working on our Halloween bod. We enjoy working out with P.volve‘s proprietary equipment. P.volve also has no equipment workouts and you can always modify exercises without the equipment. If you are new to P.volve, we recommend the Essentials Kit. This kit includes: P-ball, P-band, heavy ankle band, ankle weights and gliders. We highly recommend these pieces for targeted toning. If you are familiar with P.volve and are ready for advanced workouts, try the Total Transformation Kit .
Why wait until Halloween to be a beast! As we have said before, the P-band is our favorite piece of equipment. The P-band helps to target our back and arms, which are our problem areas. The P-band‘s glove-like technology helps to elongate and tone our arms and backs.
Next up are the light ankle weights. The ankle weights amplify every step, lift and movement, while lengthening and strengthening our legs.
If you’ve got it, haunt it. The light ankle band helps to open the hips and strengthen the hard-to-reach muscles in the lower body. We use it stand alone or pair it with P-band or light dumbbells.
Working on my booceps. The light dumbbells might only be 2 pounds but they feel so much bigger in P.volve. As an FYI, we use 10 pound dumbells during our HIIT workouts.
This year, use P.volve to get Halloween ready. P.volve increases our muscle definition, improves our posture and enhances our hip and shoulder mobility. You can also get a 7-day free trial.
When the zombie apocalypse happens, we’ll all be in good enough shape to survive.

Those stuff looks so cool. Would love to get some for my wife.
I have to remember that one “If you’ve got it, haunt it!” you seriously need to put that on a tshirt or Hoodie or a DIY craft where you put those words on a trick or treat pumpkin! 🙂
I absolutely love the idea of getting dressed up for Halloween and working out. What a fun idea I’d not ever considered.
Working home made me lazy these days. It’s time to get moving and try some new workouts. Thanks for sharing your list
I love their Total transformation kit. I would recommend it to anyone
My husband and I workout at home every day, but we don’t have any of this equipment. It would be a great way to up our workouts and take them to the next level.
I rarely have time to work out so these types of options is perfect for me. Easy, at home and doesn’t take a long time.
What a great option for working out at home. It’s fun to switch up your routine
Zombie apocalypse, haha. Reminds me of the movie Zombieland. Cardio is one of the rules for survival! haha. Great home workouts!
How much fun is this! Before heading into the winter comfort eating months I need to get my workout on, so will be trying a few ideas here x
“If you’ve got it, haunt it!” hahah that’s going to stick with me! This was such a great read! And now I definitely want to put on a costume for my next workout. It’ll add so much fun! <3 Thank you for these ideas and tips
Great workout at home, if you have a partner to work out with. That would make it more fun or maybe a friend.
You made working out at home look like fun! I love the dressing for Halloween idea! I will have to try it!
Dressing up while working out seems like a very fun idea.. Love this workout routine.. With the series of holidays coming.. I actually find it so hard to establish a workout routine.. Not to mention the pandemic that prevents me from hitting the gym too.. I think i need to find an ideal workout to engage in.. Thank you for giving us a great idea
These workout items look cool. I might consider this as a personal gift for myself 🙂
PS. I like your face paint!
Although I prefer to leave the house for my workout practice, this seems to be a valid alternative.
Hihi….just like you’ve said, if the zombies came raining on us now, you’d be so ready for them! Keep it up. These are great workouts to incorporate in mine. Thanks for sharing about them.
