Every little girl dreams in pink. This year, we paid homage to our inner child by hosting a chic Rosé et Blanc party to ring in the big 38. Color theme parties are an easy way to transform an ordinary party into a magical evening. We partnered with Gloria Ferrer to keep our guests on cloud wine all night long. We are excited to Rosé et Blanc all day with you.
We kicked off our color themed parties with a White Wonderland for our 30th birthday. We rotated through other colors over the next few years: Pretty in Pink, Blue Steel, Going Green and then started combining colors for Fire & Ice.

We first partnered with Gloria Ferrer for an end of summer Pop the Bubbly party last year. We knew their collection would be perfect for our Rosé et Blanc party.

You can’t host a proper Rosé et Blanc party without lots of Rosé and Vin Blanc. We served a combination sparkling and still wines: Brut Rosé, Pinot Noir Rosé, Pinot Blanc and Blanc de Blanc.
- The Rosé Brut is a beautiful color and made with a preponderance of Pinot Noir grapes blended with some Chardonnay grapes.
- The still Rosé is made with Pinot Noir grapes, which give it the bright acidity, subtle aromas and a beautiful pink hue.
- The Pinot Blanc is crisp and light with aromas of grapefruit, citrus with a little red apple.
- Blanc de Blancs is a sparkling wine made only from the Chardonnay grape. In Champagne, Blanc de Blancs is considered one of the most challenging varietals to make. In California, this wine is one of the most versatile sparkling wines due to the area’s acidity.

We framed our stylish bar with Rosé et Blanc balloons. We dressed the bar with a chic, sequin tablecloth. We added pops of pink with 2 floral arrangements with blush roses, hot pink celosia and white snap dragons and hurricanes with crisp, white votive candles and pink gems. We used a Beatriz Ball ice bucket to chill the wine. We also pre-poured glasses of wine so that guests could grab their beverage of choice from the bar.

We placed pink, white and Rosé All Day beverage napkins on a Beatriz Ball serving tray.

We placed pink licorice in martini glasses, which served as edible decor. We also scattered pink and white rose petals throughout the room.

We decorated the coffee tables with white hydrangea, pink and white rose petals and hurricanes with white votives and pink gems.

We placed pink and white tableware and floral arrangements with blush spray roses and calla lilies, hot pink celosia flowers and white berries.

We created a pink and white charcuterie platter with Brie, pepperjack manchego, cheddar, and parmesan cheeses. The key to a beautiful cheese board is selecting five cheese with a variety of texture and flavor profiles. Next layer crackers, French bread and strawberries. Don’t forget the cheese knives. We also served a variety of dips, truffle chips, and cherry tomato with mozzarella bites.

We served a variety of pink and white treats for desserts. We recommend an assortment of bite sized treats. Archana made white chocolate chip cookies with pink and white chocolate drizzle, pink and white chocolate covered strawberries, lemon mini cupcakes with raspberry buttercream. We also served strawberry licorice and pink macarons.

We love photobooth props for every event.

For this party, most of our guests skipped the traditional props, and snapped shots with our floral frame. We used it for our Rosé All Day party back in 2017. We made a few tweaks and then it became perfect for Rosé et Blanc.

Thanks to Gloria Ferrer and all of our friends for being our partners in wine.

Gals, I love your creativity and this amazingly beautiful Birthday celebration! All hues and colors are so intense, so inviting, so memorable.
The photo frame is my favorite!
Rosés and Whites are my favourite type of wine! I prefer a sweeter flavour, as the dry is just not agreeable to my palate.
“On cloud wine” < I need to remember that! This looks like an absolutely lovely celebration for your 38th. Congratulations!
