Don’t fret if your favorite gym or boutique fitness studio is temporarily closed. Forget quarantine, we are going to quartan-train with Jane DO’s streaming services. Jane DO’s total body workouts build strength, confidence and power. We visited their Flatiron studio last year, and are excited to share their streaming services with you.
For years, we have worked out daily with a mix of cardio sessions and fitness classes. Social distancing, Covid-19 concerns, gym closures and shelter-in orders have forced us to rethink our fitness strategy and goals. Recently, we have been working out with online streaming classes, running outside and using the elliptical.
Jane DO was created by Jacey Lambros and Danielle DeAngelo in 2015. These former Radio City Rockettes created a space for women to workout with confidence. They have four locations in New Jersey and one in New York City.
Jane DO’s streaming app features a variety of energy driven workouts. The app offers 5 types classes that range from 15-60 minutes. Each series starts with a stretch to warm up the body and reduce the risk of injuries.
GET LIFTED resistance training with body weight exercises.
DANCE YOUR A** OFF high and low impact sport and dance routines fused with strength training increments. No prior dance experience is required.
TRAIN JANE high intensity interval training (HIIT) with steady state cardio.
STEP IT UP low and high impact routines with strength and conditioning exercises.
TRAMP STAMP trampoline bounces you into shape with a low impact workout that firms and tones your entire body.
We tested out the Train Jane series. We performed several HIIT exercises to increase our heart rates.
We also performed many bodyweight exercises to increase our strength, build muscle, boost cardiovascular fitness and burn fat. Many of these exercises are body weight workouts.
We also lifted weights to increase our strength and build lean muscle.
We also tested out the Tramp Stamp class. We have worked out on trampolines at our local gym for years. In 2014, we helped our Urban Rebounding teacher break the Guinness World Record for the largest number of people simultaneously working out on trampolines. We were able to take home our trampolines. This is a high intensity cardio workout that doesn’t put a lot of stress on muscles or joints. The basic move is throwing a temper tantrum on the trampoline.
Social distancing and home confinement may tempt you to sit back, relax on your couch and binge watch Netflix. Instead, we encourage you quaren-train with Jane DO’s app. You can use the code TWINS to save 50% off your first month and get a free first week.
Focus on the weights you lift, not the weight you lose.

I think this is very important now that we are under quarantine. I will be trying this out with my kids tomorrow thanks for the inspiration.
I definitely need to leave the couch and do some workouts. Alone is not motivating at all. It’s great that there is an online streaming page where you can get motivated.
Working out is one of the best ways to beat boredom and be healthy at the same time while being on a quarantine mode 🙂
This is a great activity especially during this time.
Great exercise while we stay at home
Way to go, GRL! Love what you do. I am expanding my workouts as well these days outside my home.
I’am starting to do workout in my house since quarantine days the first day is quite hard because I’am overweight but I’am still working on it 🙂 We can do this!
Working out at home is something I am very keen in doing. On that I often feel lazy about it and now I’m suffering from all my fats and chuby arms and legs
In this lockdown period, We should work out at home to improve our fitness levels.
Wow, what a great service for these times. I been doing yoga since last month at my home. I will try Jane Do out!
