For upper body workouts, you’ll hold the ball in your hands and rotate your body up and down or left and right.
If you’ve read our P.volve reviews in the past, you know that the P-band is our favorite piece of equipment. Our back and arms are our largets problem areas. The P-band‘s glove-like technology helps us work on our arms and back.
