P.volve Reviews: What is P.volve?
At any heart rate, let’s get started. So you might be asking yourself, what is P.volve? Well this comprehensive P.volve review explains it all. P.volve was designed to tone muscles and build strength. We visited their studio in Soho several times over the past two years. We also regularly workout at home with their streaming app. Combining P.volve with HIIT and cardio sessions has helped us stay in shape. With this streaming app, you can work out on your own schedule using equipment that you have. You can also select no equipment workouts.
P.volve Reviews: The App
P.volve equipment is lightweight and easy to store. We recommend the Essentials Kit. If you want a more advanced workout, go with the Total Transformation Kit. Streaming costs $19.99 monthly (or $95.88 annually) and classes range from 15 minutes to an hour. When we are working out at home, we stream to our TV. You can also watch the workout on your smartphone or laptop.
You can search the workouts by equipment (or no equipment), and then just follow the P.volve instructor.
P.volve Reviews: The Equipment
Sore today, stronger tomorrow. We also have comprehensive P.volve reviews about their proprietary equipment. P.volve has no equipment alternatives and you can always modify exercises without the equipment. If you are new to P.volve, consider the Essentials Kit. This beginner kit includes our favorites: P-ball, P-band, heavy ankle band, ankle weights and gliders. We recommend these pieces for targeted toning. If you are ready for the more advanced workouts, consider the Total Transformation Kit .
The patented, inflatable P-ball tones your arms, legs and abs. We use the P-ball for for upper and lower body workouts. For lower body workouts, you put it on like a pair of pants and it activates the glutes, thighs and core. With the P-ball, your legs are going to get an amplified workout. For upper body workouts, you’ll hold the ball in your hands and rotate your body up and down or left and right.
If you’ve read our P.volve reviews in the past, you know that the P-band is our favorite piece of equipment. Our back and arms are our largets problem areas. The P-band‘s glove-like technology helps us work on our arms and back.
The heavy ankle band helps open the hips and strengthen hard to reach lower body muscles. We use it alone or pair it with the P-band or light dumbbells .
We usually wear the ankle weights on our ankles to amplify leg workouts. However, you can also use them for an arm workout. This is what makes P.volve equipment so extraordinary. You can use the pieces in multiple ways to tone up various parts of the body.
Lastly are the gliders. Don’t let these fool you. They make the workouts 10x harder. You can use them to work out your abs, arms and legs.

I hadn’t heard of this fitness app/method before, but it sounds great! My husband and I do our fitness through a different streaming service, and it’s so nice to be able to do it at home. We don’t have time to go to the gym since we work out while our young boys are sleeping.

I don’t know much about P.volve, but I can see that it does have its benefits. The streaming of the workout would be helpful, too. It is always good when you can see the workout on a screen and follow along.
