Somewhere Nowhere is a luxurious two-level indoor garden lounge and outdoor rooftop. This daytime and nightlife destination is perched at the top of the Renaissance NY Chelsea Hotel on 25th Street between 6th Ave and 7th Ave. Somewhere Nowhere has a pool and 360 degree views of the city. Seriously this is one of the best rooftops in Chelsea. Be prepared escape the city streets and rock out as soon as you get there even if the sun is still out.
The rooftop is almost 40 stories high and has stunning views of the Empire State Building. We highly recommend reservations, but walk-ins are allowed depending on capacity. Somewhere Nowhere has events from pool parties, world renowned DJ’s, live music to immersive dinners almost everyday. Somewhere Nowhere is open from 5:00PM to 12:00PM from Sunday to Wednesday, 5:00PM to 4:00AM on Thursday to Friday and 12:00PM to 4:00AM on Saturday. Best Rooftops in Chelsea: What to Order to Drink at Somewhere Nowhere?
Hello my old friend Happy Hour, it seems we meet again. Happy hour is the best hour at Somewhere Nowhere, one of the best rooftops in Chelsea. We started the night with the El Dorado, Asgard and Elysian Fields. Many of the cocktails have tropical notes. Our favorite was the Asgard with Grey Goose, watermelon and honey basil syrup. It was not too sweet and a gorgeous watermelon color. If you like spicy cocktails, we recommend the El Dorado, a spicy margarita with Patron, jalapeño, anchos reyes verde and agave syrup.
For our second round of drinks, we ordered the Shangri-La, Garden of Eden and the Atlantis. The Garden of Eden is great if you like fruity gin cocktails.
If you like smokey drinks or Mezcal, go for the Shangri-La, which also has strawberry puree and grapefruit juice.
Best Rooftops in Chelsea: What to Order to Eat at Somewhere Nowhere?
Hummus where the heart is. Chef Fabrizio Facchini created superb seasonal and lounge menu with lite bites. We started with the hummus platter with classic hummus, beet hummus and garlic parsley hummus with pita, tortilla chips and veggies.
Your such a truffle maker. We also shared the Beef Sliders and Truffle Fries. All of our light bites were delicious and easy to share. If you are looking for a full dinner, you may need to grab a bite afterwards (we got tacos nearby).
