In the past, we saw Eataly Flatiron NYC transform into a pink paradise, a coral greenhouse and a giant paper flower garden in the spring/summer, a color-fall sanctuary, a honey and harvest beehive and a flannel affair in the fall and an alpine wonderland and a white wonderland in the winter.
Squeeze the day. This season unfolds as a mesmerizing marigold paradise, where lush greenery is adorned with an abundance of vibrant yellow flowers. Amidst this botanical symphony, pops of orange flowers and citrusy delights of ripe lemons and oranges add an extra burst of color and zest to the natural ambiance. Eataly is open daily from 11:30AM to 10:00PM on Sunday to Thursday and 11:30AM to 10:30PM on Friday and Saturday.

You don’t know hamachi I love this. We began our culinary journey with a tempting selection of appetizers. We indulged in the delicate Crudo, featuring expertly sliced Hamachi with lemon balm and cucumber brodo. We also ordered the Arancini, which is one of our favorites at Eataly Flatiron NYC. The crispy Carnaroli rice is infused with spring peas, black pepper, and Genuine Fulvi® Pecorino Romano DOP. The Arancini is also easily shareable.

This dish has the perfect balance of richness and savory notes. The Seared Halibut was cooked to perfection and complemented by the vibrant salsa piccata. The side dishes elevated the entire experience. The Patate Parmigiano Reggiano® DOP potatoes boasted a golden crust and a fluffy interior infused with the richness of Parmigiano Reggiano. These potatoes were a heavenly indulgence. The sautéed broccoli rabe, featuring garlic confit, chili flake, and a hint of lemon, added a delightful touch of freshness to our meal.

The cocktails alone have me convinced to try this place if I’m ever back in NYC. I was there once in my mid-twenties all the way from Ireland to visit my sister and it was so over whelming!
