Cheers to National Rosé Day! This holiday is held annually on the second Saturday in June. National Rosé Day created by wine expert, Bodvar Hafström, in 2015 to celebrate this glorious summer time wine. We put on our pink dresses and headed to the Mondrian Terrace to celebrate La Vie en Rosé.
The Mondrian Terrace is a hidden gem, perched 15 stories high in the Nomad neighborhood. This rooftop lounge features breathtaking views of Nomad as well the downtown skyline. The Mondrian hosted a chic La Vie en Rosé so guests live their best pink-hued life. This soirée featured fresh beats, a pink floral wall, a rosé tower, and lots of rosé, brut rosé and frosé.
Available in still or sparking varietals, no other wines quite stand up to the summer as fiercely as Rosé. These pink wines offer a range of flavor profiles and notes. Libations at La Vie en Rosé included the illustrious Chateau de Berne and Ultimate Provence, both from the Provence region of France, as well as Frosé and Rosé infused cocktails.
The highlight of this Instagrammable haven was the blush floral wall.
We spent most of the afternoon sitting outside, sipping on Rosé and enjoying the beautiful weather.
Special thanks to the Mondrian Terrace for inviting us to celebrate National Rosé Day. We had a fabulous time, and can’t wait to continue sipping this pink wine all summer long.
