New year, new fitness goals. Every year, we reset and hit the gym hard in January. For the first time, we are without a gym in January. Instead we are skiing a lot in Deer Valley and using P.volve’s streaming services. P.volve works the body from the inside out using functional movements and full-body resistance training. We are excited to share how we use P.volve to help us with our new year fitness goals.
New Year Fitness Goals
Every January, we would rush to the gym at off-peak times so that we could get our favorite machines. We also headed to our favorite gym classes. Since we gave up the gym for the foreseeable future, we had to come up with new routines in a new location. Working and working out at home has its own challenges. You have to make time to be active. A fitness watch definitely helps with that. We also recommend making time to stretch after a workout.
We created an at-home routine with P.volve. P.volve incorporates small movements with high intensity. P.volve has 27 workout series in their fitness app, ranging from beginner to advanced. We’ve been streaming their services for nineteen months and we took classes at their Soho studio before the pandemic.
How Does the P.volve App Work?
If you are new to P.volve, we recommend checking out the P.volve section of our blog. We have written about all of P.volve‘s proprietary equipment. The app includes over 500 on-demand workouts, ranging from 15-60 minutes. You can choose workouts by length of time, level, equipment and area of focus.
We usually stream the app to our TV. When we are traveling, we use our laptop or smartphone. For the best form and precise instruction, steam to your TV (if possible).
You can also sign up for live virtual studio classes (these classes are free for 30 days with the purchase of a P.volve Kit.
What is P.volve’s Proprietary Equipment?
P.volve has a variety of proprietary equipment that amplify their exercises. They also have no equipment workouts. You can also modify exercises and workout without the equipment. If you already have ankle weights, light dumbbells or gliders, give the app a try with your existing equipment.
Most of the other equipment is proprietary and we don’t think there are substitutes on the market. Right now, P.volve is running a sale that’s in line with their Black Friday offers. We recommend the Total Transformation Kit. The kits include 3 months of digital membership and 30-day unlimited access to the Live Virtual Studio ($160 value).
If you are new to P.volve, consider:
- Starter Kit: P-ball, P-band, heavy ankle band, light ankle weights and gliders
- Total Transformation Kit : P-ball, P-band, heavy ankle band, light ankle band, light ankle weights, heavy ankle weights, hand weights, p-3, foam roller, slant board and gliders
This year, workout with P.volve at home and try one of their kits. After a year and half, these exercises increased our muscle definition, improved our posture and increased our hip and shoulder mobility.
My work schedule doesn’t always accommodate my workout schedule, but I make do with what time I’ve got.

I wish I could start doing this but I don’t have the go signal of my OB yet. Hopefully soon.
I am really struggling right now, maybe I need to look into this. Thanks friend.
This is really great. I have been struggling for reducing my weight. Thank fully I ready this post. Now I’m in to it.
Never hear of P.Volve before, but I’m loving their workout kits.
This is a great fitness system, they have all the tools and the training. I wish we have something like that here in our country.
I really miss going to the gym at the moment. I would love to start working out at home and you have some great kit and equipment for it.
This is great. I am really lazing at workouts now so would like to try this out. A good set of gym equipment.
Awesome! You just motivated me to start working out!
