Hey Snow Bunnies! Are you an avid skier or do you prefer to après-ski? For the past 4 years, we’ve headed to Deer Valley during Christmas or spring break. This week we are going to share our favorite skiwear on and off the mountain.
If you are new to skiing or just want to look fierce on the mountain, then head over to Sweaty Betty’s Ski Shop for some chic outerwear. We are huge fans of their Softshell Snow Jackets. These jackets have faux fur hoods that are not only stylish but also insulated to keep you warm. The coordinating ski pants also come with a bib to keep you extra warm. As an added bonus, their ski outerwear contain RECCO® reflectors to aid in mountain search and rescue.
Don’t forget your helmet and googles.
You’ll need some stylish base layers to wear underneath the outerwear. Skip the basic blacks and opt for some fun Sweaty Betty patterned base layers.
Park City’s historic Main Street is just a five to ten minute drive from Deer Valley. We recommend these lightweight down coats, cold weather boots in gray suede or brown leather and beanies from L.L.Bean. They are super comfy and will keep you warm during your walk through Main Street and on to dinner or a lounge.
Just because it’s cold outside, doesn’t mean that you won’t get into the hot tub. We posted about Summer with SummerSalt last year, but you can also Winter with SummerSalt. We are huge fans of the Sidestroke two-piece (Kanchana has it in the one -piece). Use the code TWINS for a $10 gift towards the purchase of $95 or more.
Skiing is an intense all day workout, but you may not ski everyday. On your rest days, wear SummerSalt athleisure and grab some P.volve lightweight pieces and do a vacation workout from the comfort of your condo or hotel room. We did an hour workout with the P.band and ankle band. We recommend the Transformation Kit (and you can vary the pieces you bring when you go on vacation and use the bigger or heavier pieces at home). For more of P.volve, check out Evolve with P.volve. You can get a 7-day free trial.
Paradise doesn’t have to be tropical! Eat, sleep, ski. Repeat. We’ll see you on the mountain.
A pair of skis are the ultimate transportation to freedom

Love the Sweaty Betty patterned tops! They add such a fun look to the mandatory mid-ski hot chocolate! Thanks for the fun post – happy skiing!
I’m not a cold-weather person, but the images look nice. I’m sure anyone wo loves to be outdoors in the cold will love skiing.
Deer Valley is our favorite place to ski! Love your ski clothes, so warm and stylish.
Absolutely love those coats! They look cute, the colors are soothing and I am surely they are serving their purpose right!
You guys are always so prepared. Thanks for the tips and ideas x
What a great post. Looks like so much fun. One of my biggest regrets in life is not learning to ski. Everyone in my family skis except for me. I told my husband that if there is snow, he better take me skiing this year for my birthday. But he has a bad knee, so I won’t hold him to it..LOL We need to get the knee fixed first.
Very stylish attire for the slopes. You both look great and the venue looks rather amazing too. I hadn’t heard of Deer Valley before, but it must be good if you are repeat visitors.
I`m not a fan of skiing and never tried it. But hopefully one day I can learn. This looks like you two had so much fun. Great outfits for winter 🙂
You ladies are everywhere. I love this winter getway you all look like you had a blast.
Not a huge fan of skiing but it looks like you had an amazing time! And you looked amazing as well 🙂
I love the line if your not into skiing but just want to look fierce with the look. And yes i have to agree it looks pretty awesome! Never tried skiing but it sure will be fun to experience it though.
I have never skied ever, and have never experienced snow. It snowed briefly, when we were living in London, years back, but it was 20 minutes of ice and then nothing after. Boo!!!
I love your outfits and I’m sure you guys enjoyed skiing!
Such great outfits! I like that you showed what to wear for multiple things while there, like workout!
Im still wishing for the first day that I will see snow.
Your helmet and googles looks so amazing. Thanks for sharing some amazing tips on what to wear for a deer valley.
You two are so pretty! I have never experienced skiing. It must be so much fun. I love your outfits. You managed to stay fashionable even in the biting cold.
