Peach Dinner Party: How to Decorate?
You have a peach of my heart. Our gorgeous tablescape featured a crisp, white tablecloth and a delicate baby pink table runner. Each place setting included yellow melamine dinner and salad plates. Each place setting also featured Mikasa Cheers water glasses and wine glasses. We kept the floral arrangements simple with a bouquet of peach tulips roses in a yellow vase.
Best Peach Recipes for Summer: What Wine to Serve
Happy Birthday Jordan! Jordan Winery was founded in Sonoma in 1972 by Tom and Sally Jordan and celebrated their 50th anniversary. This family-own vineyard focuses on two wines: Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. We featured Jordan wines a few times on the blog, Spring Dinner, Friendsgiving, Carrot Single Ingredient Dinner Party and Memorial Day BBQ. These wines are perfect all year round. Today, we served their 2020 Chardonnay and 2018 Cabernet.
When there’s a wine, there’s a way. We paired the appetizers with the 2018 Jordan Chardonnay. This light and refreshing, vibrant white wine has aromas of honeysuckle, lemon blossom and Fuji apple.
Sip back and relax. We paired the mains with the 2018 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon. This cab has aromas of black cherry, boysenberry and black fig as well as smooth, rich tannins. We recommend decanting for an hour before drinking.

We started with a Grilled Peach Crostini. This crostini paired nicely with the Jordan Chardonnay.
We drizzled the Jordan olive oil on the crostini. A high quality olive oil can affect the flavors of your dish.
Best Peach Recipes for Summer: Lamb Burgers with Peach Chutney
You have a peach of my heart. For the main, we grilled lamb burgers and topped them with peach chutney. This recipe is so easy. We bought premade lamb burgers and just seasoned with a little bit of salt and pepper on each side before placing on the grill. The peach chutney is really what makes this burger outstanding. This course paired nicely with the Cab.
Best Peach Recipes for Summer: Peach Cheesecake
A peach of cake. We made mini peach cheesecakes and topped them with peach sauce. This filling recipe is quite versatile, so you can top with any seasonal fruit sauce. We made them in cupcake pans and then removed the cupcake liners after they cooked.
I’m s-peach-less. This season, enjoy a home cooked dinner with the best peach recipes for summer.
